Private Pool Usage
Provisions for private usage of the pool and/or pool enclosure are as follows:

1. Requests must be submitted through the form here, at least 14 days before the requested reservation date. The request must provide the following information:

• Member’s name and phone number(s)
• Date, starting and ending time of the party
• Number of people scheduled to attend
• General age of the group
• Type of function
• Specific wording of invitations
• A completed Customer Pool Party Request Form must be submitted. These may be obtained at Pool Party Request Form – United Pools

2. Member must be present during the entire event.
3. Member is held personally responsible and liable for any and all actions, conduct, damage, injuries to the property and people.
4. Private pool parties can only be scheduled outside of normal operating hours and cannot be scheduled during swim team or other club events. Private pool parties must end prior to 12:00 midnight.
5. Cost: A deposit payable to Spalding Woods Club, Inc. is required with the written request.
6. The number of lifeguards required is defined by our pool facilities management company.
7. Deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage, garbage is in the dumpster and no additional cleanup resulting from the party is necessary.
8. Member is required to provide one adult chaperone for every 10 people attending a teenage or college age party.
9. Fraternity and/or sorority parties of any kind are not permitted.
10. Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance of reservation and will be subject to SWC costs. SWC will make every effort to minimize costs on your behalf.

Costs will vary depending on the number of guests and hours.

Parties exceeding 50 – contact Pool Operations Chairperson for cost and deposit figures.
