DEFINITIONS
Child: Any person 16 years of age or younger in the household of a member

Adult: Any person 17 years of age or older in the household of a member

Guest: Any person not a member of the club.

GENERAL
1. Members must sign in and register guests prior to pool admittance.
2. Guests must be accompanied by a member for the duration of their visit.
3. Children of members are limited to 2 guests per visit when unaccompanied by an adult member.
4. Guest fees are $10.00 per day per guest.  Only overnight out-of-town guests are exempt from guest fees.
5. Members are held responsible for their guests’ conduct while visiting the club.
6. Vandalism will be prosecuted.
7. Pets are not allowed inside the pool enclosure.
8. Glass containers are not permitted within pool enclosure.
9. Trash must be disposed of properly.
10. Climbing any fence enclosing pool is prohibited.

POOL SAFETY
1. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the pool enclosure unless accompanied by an adult, or person at least 13+ years of age deemed responsible by the child’s parent or guardian.
2. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the main pool unless accompanied by an adult.
3. Children over the age of 6 are not permitted in the wading pool. Children in the wading pool must be supervised by an adult.
4. Running is not allowed within the pool enclosure.
5. The use of the diving board by children is at the discretion of the lifeguards.
6. Only adults are allowed in the main pool during the time known as “ADULT SWIM.”
7. Lifeguards have the responsibility for pool safety.
8 Lifeguards, members of the swimming pool committee, and Board of Directors members have the authority to remove from the pool area any violator of pool rules. The aforementioned parties may recommend to the Board of Directors the suspension of chronic violators.
9. Lightning, thunder and high winds shall constitute severe weather and are a danger to swimmers. Per the National Weather Service Guidelines, at the first occurrence of thunder or lightning, the pool(s) at the Facility shall be closed to swimmers for 30 minutes. Should thunder or lightning persist, pool(s) shall remain closed until 30 minutes after the last occurrence of thunder or lightning. The deck area shall be closed for 30 minutes after each occurrence of lightning.
